Francis X Pavy

...or as his closest buddies from Seaside call him, Francis O'Xavier McPavy.

Francis is a painter: He said so himself. Homage to trying to make sense of the world, eh, Maddow?

Let me explain to you how I have to say this... picture yourself far away from your home and you find en enclave of people nestled up right off of a mountain. Their town is small and they have their own culture. As you walk around town, you come across numerous pieces of art. Some of it it nailed to a tree, some are hung in peoples' homes, while still others are in the town's very important buildings.
Through basic communication, one of the locals tells you that this work is XYZ's work and XYZ is a Greeeeat artist. You finally meet XYZ and he/she is just a regular schmoe like you. You obviously respect the work and like the person and things are cool. Then some little fairy tap dances on your head and you wake up to find that your friend's work is really significant.

Later, when you are home, you, being inspired by XYZ's work you set out to do something similar...not copy, but... Well, the same fairy comes back, with big jack boots and a Caddy Shack driver, slams you in the temple and yells "get a clue, Maggot!" in your ear.

Really, that's what Escape to Create is all about. Your friends are famous, brilliant and superlative, but don't let 'em know it. We are there to work.
