Total blatant endorsement. But hey. Here's the deal.
This doesn't happen very often. If you want opera to stay alive we have to support the new just as much as we do the old.
You have to remain in the relevant; just as the Nelson is doing so must LOKC. It's not just support, they're actually really fantastic. Tickets are 25 bucks. Who knows if they'll ever be back.
If you get into a group like this, your chances of survival a really low. If you are good you still are in true danger. That means people who like them or like the thought of this group and their music must get off their duffs and see them the first time.
That's just how it is, if you don't come to them when they are in your town, you more than likely will have to travel to see them.
